Authorization

If you're buying a report on behalf of your business, you certify that you have the right to do so. You can place an order through any of the following techniques:

Order by Email

All of your requests and inquiries should be sent to sales@sphericalinsights.com. Don't forget to include all of your information, including your preferred method of payment and the addresses for your billing and delivery. Within one working day, one of our professionals will get in touch with you.

Order by Phone

Call our customer service representatives at +1-303-800-4326 (international customers can call on same number) to place an order.

Online Delivery

After payment has been received, any purchased published report will be sent to you via email in PDF format. Delivery for customized reports will follow the schedules decided upon with the customer before the purchase.

Physical Delivery

Within three to five business days of receiving payment, a printed copy of the published report will be delivered to your address by courier.

Delivery fees will be assessed for hard copies based on the client's location. Spherical Insights makes no promises regarding the quality of the items when they are delivered and is not responsible for any damage that occurs while the goods are being transported. If a replacement can be made without incurring additional costs, it is up to the publisher's discretion.

Customization

Market research from Spherical Insights can be customised to a certain extent based on your needs. However, our analysts will decide how much time is needed to accommodate customization depending on the expected complexity, time constraints, and specifics of the customisation requested.
